PULLED PORK

The most forgiving product we prepare, our pulled pork is consistent and uniquely flavored.  With influences from Texas and the Carolinas our pulled pork offers a savory, spicy, and sweet combination that works well as a main dish or served as a sandwich. High quality Boston shoulder butts are brined in a mixture of seasonings, water, and apple cider vinegar. Once out of the brine, they are dry rubbed with seasoning and placed on our custom made wood smoker for 4-6 hours using only split pecan and oak logs until the perfect color and smoke flavor is achieved. Next we wrap the butts and allow them to cook for another 4-6 hours until fall-apart tender.  Finally, just before serving, we pull the meat and add our amazing top secret finishing sauce which give the classic Carolina twang and subtle spicy kick.  If budget is your main concern, this product is for you as prep time and input cost keep this main dish offering price at the bottom end of our main dish offerings. Pulled pork can be made gluten free upon request.
