Why we don’t have set prices or prices listed.
It’s very simple, with constant changes to input costs, services provided, and main dish items selected, we need to tailor each catering job to fit the needs of our clients and quickly send competitive quotes back out. Our reasons for doing so are to make sure clients understand all aspects of the services we provide. This keeps confusion and unexpected price changes from appearing at the end of the biding process or at the end of the catering service.
Service Options
Pick up
We provide disposable chafing dishes and sterno fuel cells for keeping food warm. We ask clients to please bring coolers for hot and cold items to pick up for safe transportation, product quality integrity, and safe storage of food until serving.
Delivery
We will deliver to the location using our reusable stainless steel chafing dish set ups with reusable serving utensils. We set up the serving line and leave our insulated boxes for food to stay warm and cold, but not remain on location to stock or maintain the serving line. We will return later at a time of the clients choosing to pick everything up. Since we are leaving our equipment on location, clients would be responsible for the cost of replacement should any equipment be damaged or found missing at pick up.
Full Food Service
We deliver, set up, and remain at the location to make sure everything is stocked and taken care of. We will also package and leave any excess food after service and remove all of our equipment after service.
