THE BRISKET!

After years of trial and error we have developed what we believe to be the best brisket found in the Denver metro area.  Uncompromising, our briskets are hand selected from batches of prime briskets from our wholesale provider. Only certain sizes and shape meet our meticulous inspection.  The briskets are then seasoned and placed on our custom made wood smoker for 8-12 hours using only split pecan and oak logs until the perfect color and temperature are achieved. Once finished cooking, they are rested until serving temperatures are reached in an insulated container.  The total process takes almost 24 total hours of controlling the fire for a clean even smoking temperature and making sure all processes are followed to insure a consistent amazing eating experience. With no shortcuts, our briskets are never rushed to insure the quality is worth the price as this item is at the top of our product offerings. We never pre-slice and either serve at a carving station or instruct our clients on how to slice just prior to serving.  Hopefully you’ll agree it’s everything we promise, worth the price, and is gluten free.
